Factory explosion in Paraná: bodies were “fragmented” and searches continue

The Paraná Fire Department confirmed, on Tuesday night (12), that the nine people missing after the explosion of an explosive materials factory in Quatro Barras, in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba, died .
According to the corporation, the bodies were "fragmented" due to the force of the detonation , which will require work by the Scientific Police to identify the victims. The searches were ended this evening due to low visibility and will resume on the morning of this Wednesday (13).

The explosion occurred on Tuesday morning, at an Enaex Brasil unit, close to the BR-116 highway.
According to Captain Luisiana Guimarães Cavalca, 11 people were at the scene at the time of the accident. Two managed to escape without serious injuries. Among the fatalities, six were men and three were women. Seven others were slightly injured.
